Enterprise Remittance Solutions for Tier-1 MTOs and Banks

Dedicated infrastructure, FCA-aligned compliance, enterprise-grade SLAs, and custom integration with your core systems — built for operators scaling past £100m in annual volume.

Who Remitz Enterprise Is Built For

Evaluating multiple vendors before deciding? See the White-Label International Remittance Providers 2026 guide for an eight-criterion evaluation framework.

The Remitz Enterprise tier is designed for operators whose compliance posture, transaction volume, or organisational complexity exceeds what a standard multi-tenant SaaS plan can cleanly serve. If any of the following describe your operation, Enterprise is the right starting point:

  • Tier-1 MTOs processing over £100 million in annual outbound volume
  • Bank fintech arms running regulated remittance as a discrete business line under their banking group's risk framework
  • Established MTOs scaling internationally who need multi-country operations, FX treasury, and regulatory reporting across jurisdictions
  • Fintech groups that require data-residency control, dedicated-tenant isolation, or regulatory separation from other customers
  • Agent-heavy networks with thousands of sub-agents requiring dedicated commission, settlement, and compliance controls at scale

What You Get That the Standard Plans Do Not

Enterprise is not an upsell label — it is a different deployment model with specific operational, commercial, and contractual commitments.

Dedicated or Isolated Infrastructure

Standard plans run on Remitz's multi-tenant UK infrastructure. Enterprise customers can opt for a dedicated tenant (logically isolated environment on shared hardware) or a fully dedicated deployment (separate hardware, separate data-plane). Both options support UK data-residency by default and accommodate customer-specific encryption, backup, and retention policies.

Enterprise SLA

All Enterprise agreements include a written, contractually committed service-level agreement covering:

  • Platform uptime commitment with service credits for non-performance
  • Severity-based response times — P1 incidents within one hour, P2 within four hours, P3 within one business day
  • 24/7 incident coverage across the platform
  • Named customer success manager and dedicated compliance point-of-contact
  • Quarterly business reviews covering platform health, roadmap alignment, and regulatory changes

Custom Integration Support

Enterprise onboarding includes integration engineering support to connect Remitz with your existing systems:

  • Core banking platforms for settlement and reconciliation
  • Internal AML/KYC tooling where you prefer your own stack over embedded providers
  • BI and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) via scheduled exports or streaming
  • CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) via webhooks and REST APIs
  • Accounting and finance systems (Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
  • Group-level regulatory reporting systems

Deeper White-Label Control

Enterprise customers receive the full white-label surface — custom domains, app-store publishing under your accounts, custom email and SMS templates, fully branded receipts and statements, bespoke UI for agents and back-office staff — plus the option of custom UX work beyond the standard theming layer.

Regulatory and Audit Support

Your regulator will expect specific evidence that you control the risk of your technology provider. Remitz supports this with:

  • Platform evidence packs for FCA applications and renewals
  • Operational-resilience testing aligned with FCA SYSC 15A
  • Third-party risk-assessment documentation for your vendor management process
  • Audit support — platform walkthroughs with your internal audit function or regulator
  • Incident reporting aligned with PSR and FCA expectations

Security and Compliance Posture

Remitz operates with security and compliance controls designed for licensed payment institutions:

  • Security controls aligned with ISO 27001 principles — formal ISMS, access control, change management, vulnerability management, incident response
  • UK data residency by default, with data processing governed by UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
  • FCA-aligned operational resilience under SYSC 15A — important business service identification, impact tolerances, scenario testing
  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) across the platform
  • Regular penetration testing by independent third parties with remediation tracking
  • Role-based access control with segregation of duties between operations, compliance, and finance functions
  • Full audit trail of every transaction, customer interaction, and compliance decision for the regulatory retention period

Detailed control evidence, test reports, and compliance artefacts are made available under NDA during enterprise evaluations. We do not publish specific certifications we do not hold; we publish what we actually do.

Enterprise Compliance Capabilities

  • Real-time sanctions screening against HM Treasury, OFAC, UN, and EU lists with published refresh SLA
  • PEP screening (domestic, foreign, family members, close associates)
  • Configurable transaction-monitoring rules with tuning support from the Remitz compliance team
  • MLRO dashboard with structured SAR filing workflow
  • Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) workflows for high-risk customers and corridors
  • Customer risk re-rating on a configurable schedule
  • Regulatory reporting exports for FCA annual return, HMRC MLR supervision, and jurisdiction-specific filings

Deployment Models

Model Best For Trade-offs
Multi-Tenant SaaS Scale-up and established MTOs Fastest onboarding; lowest cost; shared infrastructure
Dedicated Tenant Tier-1 MTOs, banks, regulated groups Logical isolation, bespoke configuration, slightly longer onboarding
Fully Dedicated Deployment Data-residency-sensitive operators, very large banks Separate hardware, highest cost, longest onboarding, maximum control

Enterprise Pricing

Enterprise pricing is scoped to your profile rather than offered as a published per-month figure. The variables that drive cost are:

  • Annual transaction volume and peak throughput
  • Deployment model (multi-tenant, dedicated tenant, fully dedicated)
  • Number of corridors and payout-partner configurations
  • Custom integration scope (internal banking, BI, CRM, compliance tools)
  • Support and SLA tier
  • Contract term (annual, two-year, three-year)

Published Enterprise-tier pricing starts at £599/month for standard SaaS deployments. Dedicated-tenant and fully dedicated configurations are quoted following an initial scoping call. There is no onboarding fee on any plan.

For pricing context across all tiers, see the pricing page.

Case Study Placeholders

We are building out a public library of anonymised customer case studies for 2026. Topics in preparation include:

  • Scaling an SPI-tier MTO to API authorisation and £50m+ annual volume
  • Migrating from a legacy self-hosted platform to Remitz multi-tenant SaaS
  • Launching a white-label remittance arm inside a UK bank group
  • Standing up a 40-corridor agent network with multi-tier commission structures

Named references from existing Remitz Enterprise customers are provided under NDA during evaluations.

The Evaluation Process

A typical enterprise evaluation takes 4–8 weeks and follows a structured sequence:

  1. Discovery call — your profile, authorisation stage, corridors, volume projections, deployment preferences
  2. Scoping workshop — architectural fit, integration scope, compliance alignment
  3. Security and compliance due diligence — evidence pack under NDA, regulator-facing documentation review
  4. Commercial scoping — tailored pricing proposal, SLA, and contract structure
  5. Technical proof-of-concept (optional) — in your sandbox before contract
  6. Contract and onboarding plan
