Who Remitz Enterprise Is Built For

Evaluating multiple vendors before deciding? See the White-Label International Remittance Providers 2026 guide for an eight-criterion evaluation framework, and the remittance management software guide for the processing, settlement and reconciliation side.

The Remitz Enterprise tier is designed for operators whose compliance posture, transaction volume, or organisational complexity exceeds what a standard multi-tenant SaaS plan can cleanly serve. If any of the following describe your operation, Enterprise is the right starting point:

  • Tier-1 MTOs processing over £100 million in annual outbound volume
  • Bank fintech arms running regulated remittance as a discrete business line under their banking group's risk framework
  • Established MTOs scaling internationally who need multi-country operations, FX treasury, and regulatory reporting across jurisdictions
  • Fintech groups that require data-residency control, dedicated-tenant isolation, or regulatory separation from other customers
  • Agent-heavy networks with thousands of sub-agents requiring dedicated commission, settlement, and compliance controls at scale

What You Get That the Standard Plans Do Not

Enterprise is not an upsell label — it is a different deployment model with specific operational, commercial, and contractual commitments.

Dedicated or Isolated Infrastructure

Standard plans run on Remitz's multi-tenant UK infrastructure. Enterprise customers can opt for a dedicated tenant (logically isolated environment on shared hardware) or a fully dedicated deployment (separate hardware, separate data-plane). Both options support UK data-residency by default and accommodate customer-specific encryption, backup, and retention policies.

Enterprise SLA

All Enterprise agreements include a written, contractually committed service-level agreement covering:

  • Platform uptime commitment with service credits for non-performance
  • Severity-based response times — P1 incidents within four business hours, P2 within one business day, P3 within three business days
  • 24/7 monitoring, with out-of-hours escalation for platform-down incidents
  • Named customer success manager and dedicated compliance point-of-contact
  • An annual business review covering platform health, roadmap alignment, and regulatory changes

Custom Integration Support

Enterprise onboarding includes integration engineering support to connect Remitz with your existing systems:

  • Core banking platforms for settlement and reconciliation
  • Internal AML/KYC tooling where you prefer your own stack over embedded providers
  • BI and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) via scheduled exports or streaming
  • CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) via webhooks and REST APIs
  • Accounting and finance systems (Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
  • Group-level regulatory reporting systems

Deeper White-Label Control

Enterprise customers receive the full white-label surface — custom domains, app-store publishing under your accounts, custom email and SMS templates, fully branded receipts and statements, bespoke UI for agents and back-office staff — plus the option of custom UX work beyond the standard theming layer.

Regulatory and Audit Support

Your regulator will expect evidence that you control the risk of your technology provider. We support that with:

  • Architecture and data-flow documentation for your vendor files
  • Security questionnaire responses — we complete the due-diligence forms your compliance team sends
  • Audit support — platform walkthroughs with your internal audit function or regulator
  • Incident notification — we tell you promptly when something affects your service, so you can meet your own reporting obligations

Security and Compliance Posture

Remitz is software. Your firm holds the authorisation and the regulatory obligations — our job is to give you a platform that withstands your regulator’s scrutiny and your own due diligence.

What we operate today

  • Encryption in transit — TLS 1.3 across the platform
  • Multi-factor authentication on administrative access
  • JWT-based authentication with role-based permissions and segregation of duties between operations, compliance and finance
  • Full audit trail of every transaction, customer interaction and compliance decision, retained for your regulatory retention period
  • UK data residency by default, with processing governed by UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
  • Managed infrastructure — we apply security patches, run monitoring and take backups, so your team never maintains a server
  • Independent uptime monitoring — a live public status page, hosted by a third party, that you can check at any time

Supporting your obligations

Under FCA outsourcing and operational resilience expectations, your firm remains accountable for functions it outsources. We provide what you need for that assessment: architecture and data flows, access control documentation, backup and recovery arrangements, and our exit provisions.

Remitz is not ISO 27001 certified and does not currently commission third-party penetration testing. We would rather tell you now than during your due diligence.

Safeguarding of customer funds

Safeguarding is your obligation, not ours. Remitz never holds, receives or controls client money, so no customer funds sit with us and none are at risk if we fail. Your safeguarded account is with your bank, in your name, under your permission.

What the platform gives you: a full transaction ledger, nostro-account balances reconciled against your payout partners, settlement records and an exportable audit trail — the underlying records your finance team needs to reconcile a safeguarded account against customer liabilities.

What it does not do: Remitz does not currently provide a purpose-built safeguarding reconciliation module or automated safeguarding attestation reporting. If your permission requires daily safeguarding reconciliation, that process sits with your finance function, using the records above.

Enterprise Compliance Capabilities

  • Real-time sanctions screening against HM Treasury, OFAC, UN, and EU lists with published refresh SLA
  • PEP screening (domestic, foreign, family members, close associates)
  • Configurable transaction-monitoring rules your compliance team can tune, with product support from Remitz
  • MLRO dashboard with structured SAR filing workflow
  • Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) workflows for high-risk customers and corridors
  • Customer risk re-rating on a configurable schedule
  • Regulatory reporting exports for FCA annual return, HMRC MLR supervision, and jurisdiction-specific filings

Deployment Models

Model Best For Trade-offs
Multi-Tenant SaaS Scale-up and established MTOs Fastest onboarding; lowest cost; shared infrastructure
Dedicated Tenant Tier-1 MTOs, banks, regulated groups Logical isolation, bespoke configuration, slightly longer onboarding
Fully Dedicated Deployment Data-residency-sensitive operators, very large banks Separate hardware, highest cost, longest onboarding, maximum control

Enterprise Pricing

Enterprise starts from £1,499/month, quoted on volume, corridors and integrations. It is the right tier when your requirements are driven by:

  • Annual transaction volume and peak throughput
  • Deployment model (multi-tenant, dedicated tenant, fully dedicated)
  • Number of corridors and payout-partner configurations
  • Custom integration scope (internal banking, BI, CRM, compliance tools)
  • Support and SLA tier
  • Contract term (annual, two-year, three-year)

Enterprise starts from £1,499/month, quoted on volume, corridors and integrations, with no recurring or hidden charges beyond the agreed figure.

Named customer references are available under NDA during enterprise evaluations.

The Evaluation Process

A typical enterprise evaluation takes 4–8 weeks and follows a structured sequence:

  1. Discovery call — your profile, authorisation stage, corridors, volume projections, deployment preferences
  2. Scoping workshop — architectural fit, integration scope, compliance alignment
  3. Security and compliance due diligence — we complete your questionnaires and walk your team through the platform under NDA
  4. Commercial scoping — tailored pricing proposal, SLA, and contract structure
  5. Technical proof-of-concept (optional) — in your sandbox before contract
  6. Contract and onboarding plan

Start the Conversation

Enterprise engagements start with a scoping call. The quickest route is to book a 15-minute call and mention your enterprise profile — or explore the sandbox first. Expect to hear back within one business day.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes an enterprise remittance solution different from a standard plan?
Enterprise remittance solutions typically include dedicated or isolated infrastructure, enterprise-grade SLAs with named support contacts, custom integration support for internal banking and compliance systems, and deeper white-label control. Pricing is tier-based on transaction volume and deployment model rather than a fixed monthly fee.
Who should consider an enterprise remittance platform?
Enterprise platforms suit tier-1 MTOs processing over £100m annually, bank fintech arms running regulated remittance as a business line, established MTOs scaling to multi-country operations, and fintech groups that need data-residency controls or dedicated infrastructure for compliance or regulatory separation reasons.
What security standards does Remitz follow for enterprise deployments?
Remitz operates TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication on administrative access, JWT-based authentication with role-based permissions and segregation of duties, a full audit trail retained for your regulatory retention period, UK data residency governed by UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and managed infrastructure covering security patching, monitoring and backups. Remitz is not ISO 27001 certified and does not currently commission third-party penetration testing. Control documentation is provided during enterprise evaluations.
Does Remitz offer an SLA for enterprise customers?
Yes. Enterprise plans include a written uptime SLA with service credits, priority response times by severity (P1 within four business hours), 24/7 monitoring with out-of-hours escalation for platform-down incidents, a named customer success manager, and an annual business review. SLA terms are contractually committed, not marketing claims.
How much does an enterprise remittance platform cost?
The Enterprise plan starts from £1,499/month, quoted on volume, corridors and integrations. It includes a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, SLA guarantees, unlimited corridors, the white-label mobile app and the eWallet module.
Can Remitz integrate with our internal core banking and compliance systems?
Yes. Remitz exposes APIs and webhook interfaces for integration with core banking systems, internal AML/KYC tooling, BI and data warehouses, CRM, and accounting platforms. Enterprise plans include integration engineering support to scope and deliver custom connections during onboarding.
