About Trulioo
Trulioo provides identity verification drawing on data sources across a wide range of countries, allowing an identity to be checked against authoritative records rather than only against a submitted document. It is commonly used where customers span many nationalities and document types.
Operators often choose a database-led provider where document capture alone produces too much manual review, or where a destination market is better served by record checks than by document imaging.
Supported services
- Identity verification
- Watchlist screening
- Business verification
Typical use cases
- Operators onboarding customers across many nationalities from one platform.
- Businesses trying to reduce manual review load in the compliance queue.
- Corridors where document-only verification produces high failure rates.
How Remitz integrates Trulioo
The connector is already built and already running in production for another operator on the platform. Connecting it for you is a configuration step, not a development project, and it does not carry an integration fee.
During onboarding we take the credentials Trulioo issues to you, configure the connector against them, and test end to end across every corridor and delivery method you intend to launch with before anything goes live.
Remitz does not resell, introduce or provide Trulioo services. You hold the commercial relationship with Trulioo directly, complete their onboarding and due diligence, and supply your own API credentials.
Remitz connects those credentials to a connector that is already built and already running in production for other operators — which is why this step is configuration rather than development. See step six of the launch process for where it sits in the timeline.
